MMO (Mixed metal oxides) titanium anode is made of inert Titanium substrate, coated with mixed precious metal oxide, which is an excellent catalytic electrode material for electrochemical systems and processes.
Mixed metal oxides titanium anode is an electrode coated with platinum group (ruthenium, iridium, platinum, etc.) precious gold oxide on the surface of titanium metal as a carrier.
Titanium anode is mainly used in: metal refining, galvanized steel plate, oil pipeline inner wall nickel plating, sewage treatment, electrolytic chlorine, sanitary disinfection, electrocatalytic oxidation, sodium hypochlorite generator, pool water disinfection, HHO generator, cathodic protection, hull antifouling, ballast water treatment, etc.
Commonly used titanium anodes are plate titanium anodes, mesh titanium anodes, tube titanium anodes, wire titanium anodes, and can also provide customized processing of special-shaped titanium anodes according to customer requirements and drawings.

The production process of titanium anode is as follows:
1, material selection (high purity material, good physical properties, generally using Gr1 material)
2, cutting processing (can be cut according to the actual needs of users)
3, welding (argon arc welding welding, solder joint symmetry, dense, smooth)
4, sandblasting (hemp surface uniform, moderate roughness)
5. Flat annealing (flat anode surface)
6, acid etching (remove the surface oxide, expose the substrate, form titanium hydride)
7. Preparation of precious metal coating solution (select different coating ratio according to different use environment and different application fields)
8. Coating and oxidation (surface brush roller electroplating 18~22 times, no deposition, no obvious flow marks, no scratches. High temperature oxidation time, uniform temperature, small deviation)
9, factory inspection (according to the user drawing specifications, item by item inspection and acceptance)
10. Packing
